Virginia Hotvedt

Virginia Hotvedt has been a RN for 51 years, and as of 2025 continues to work full-time. She earned her diploma from St. Anthony’s Hospital in Oklahoma City and her BSN from St. Mary’s of the Plains in Kansas.

She has experience in OB/GYN/Labor and Delivery; Newborn Nursery; PACU (post anesthesia care unit) and education. Her roles have taken her from staff nurse to critical care educator to unit coordinator to unit manager. She has now come full circle back to staff nurse.

Virginia has three sons, two stepsons and five grandchildren. She enjoys traveling; cooking new dishes; crocheting and Ancestry searches. She also raises bull dogs. Virginia lives in Midwest City, Oklahoma.
