For my mom, nursing has never just been a job—it’s a calling, a passion, and a purpose. It’s in the way she shows up for people on their hardest days, the compassion she carries, and the quiet strength she brings into every room. Just like Florence Nightingale, she embodies what it truly means to care for others—not because she has to, but because it’s who she is.

I’ve always admired how deeply she believes in helping people, how naturally she gives her time, her energy, and her heart. It’s not work to her—it’s part of who she is.
