It is a photograph of a ceramic model of Miss Theodora Turner OBE ARRC. She was a former matron of St Thomas's Hospital from 1955 to 1965who was also involved in the evacuation of Dunkirk.
The model was created in 1963 by Ruychevett, Royal Worcester Porcelain Company.
