Did you know Florence Nightingale was a pioneer of statistics? She was the first women to be introduced to the Royal Statistical Society. Join us for a day of object handling and crafting! Learn a bit about the life of the ‘mother of modern nursing’ and engage with real historical objects.
After stopping by our table – be sure to check out Florence Nightingale’s Memorial Plaque located in the crypt section of the cathedral.
This event will be taking place as part of the Summer of Stories Summer Programme at St. Paul’s Cathedral.
The event is included in all admission tickets to St. Paul’s Cathedral. Tickets can be bought on the door or in advance through their website.

**This is a very important date for our museum and the Florence Nightingale Story as a whole. The 13th August is Florence Nightingale’s Death Day. We like to take this day every year to celebrate her life and many incredible contributions.
