Monthly Museum Late

An Evening with Florence Nightingale & Craft

Can’t make it to the museum during our normal weekday hours?

Join us at one of our themed monthly museum lates for an opportunity to explore our exhibitions after hours! These extended openings allow visitors to see the space in a unique and hands-on way!

This month’s late will also include a special evening Florence Nightingale performance where ‘the Lady with the Lamp’ will tell you the story of her life in her own words. Learn about her early life in high society, how she cared for soldiers during the Crimean War, and how her statistical analysis led to evidence based healthcare changes and reform. The performance will start at 6:30pm in the center of the museum.

After the talk be sure to stick around and craft your own bracelet using statistics!

This performance and craft is included in all general admission tickets.

A bar will be open starting at 5:00pm serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks offering the perfect accompaniment to your visit.

All tickets purchased for the monthly museum lates are general admission tickets and will be valid for a full year. All general admission tickets (including those of repeat visitors) will be accepted for these monthly Thursday evening lates.
