To buy an item from the online shop:
1. Before you start please do read our policies on the home page to make
sure that you are happy with the terms and conditions. If we do not cover your
particular requirements please do contact us, see details below.
2. Find your item: either browse the categories on the left hand side of
the shop home page, use the search facility below the category list, or select
one of the best sellers.
3. Select items to order by clicking “Add to cart” and the quantity you
require.
4. On the “shopping cart” page, when you have selected your item(s) to a
value of £10 or more, click on “Checkout now”.
5. Completing your personal details at the Checkout. If it’s your first
visit, skip the first section on “Previous customers: login”
6. In the Checkout please complete all of the boxes for your billing
address and delivery address (if different).
7. Please select a password – this allows you to log in next time without
having to enter your address again. If you forget your password next time you
order you will need to complete the address section again.
8. You are then asked to confirm your details, if there is something
wrong then use your browser to go back, make the change, and proceed as before.
9. Click on “Worldpay” to make your credit card payment. You will then
cross to a secure site and will be asked to select your credit card, enter the
details in all fields marked with an asterisk and at the end click on the tick
mark below to confirm you wish to place the order. This is the final part of the
payment process. Well done!
10. After completion you will receive an email from the Florence
Nightingale Museum confirming your order.
