‘Medicine Chest’ Loan Box

In collaboration with the Royal Pharmaceutical Society Museum, we are delighted to introduce The Medicine Chest. The Medicine Chest is an exciting hands-on resource, offering stimulating and enjoyable learning opportunities for your school and support your teaching.

Examples of contents: A replica Crimean Nurse’s sash and cap Florence Nightingale information sheet A leech jar with lid A pestle & mortar Pill machine & pill rounder Modern surgical gloves and hair net Classroom resources and background information for teachers

Boxes are available for hire for a half term at a time. Schools are responsible for collecting and returning the box.

A deposit in the form of credit/debit card details or a cheque made payable to the Florence Nightingale Museum Trust for £50 will be taken when the boxes are collected.
