Venue hire

Hire the Florence Nightingale Museum

The new Florence Nightingale Museum is the perfect venue for hosting receptions or holding small meetings, seminars and lectures. The museum’s position on London’s South Bank, opposite the Houses of Parliament is an attractive central location.

The museum is available for exclusive hire on Monday to Friday evenings from 18:30 or throughout the week from 8:00am to 10:00am for breakfast events.

Our meeting room can be booked more flexibly and can accommodation 30 seated delegates without tables and 15-20 with tables.

Our clients include Culture 24, Black Dog Publishing and the UK Trade and Investment Business Group.

Equipment

We can offer the following equipment to support your event:

  • Laptop and data projector with internet access
  • Flip chart (plus pads and pens)
  • Water glasses, jugs etc.
  • Wine glasses

 

Hire fees

Hire of the whole museum costs £225 (+VAT) per hour with a minimum two hour hire.

The multifunctional/meeting room costs £125 (+VAT) per hour with a minimum two hour hire.

Green Venue

We are accredited as a member of the Green Tourism for London scheme, a part of the nationwide Green Tourism Business Scheme. This means that our eco-credentials have been independently assessed. Customers are asked to co-operate with our recycling arrangements by ensuring that glass, clean paper and cardboard, cans and plastic bottles are not placed in the general refuse but kept separate for recycling. We keep energy use to the minimum whilst ensuring that your guests are comfortable. We can recommend local suppliers to you for your event.
